I wish to start this testimonial by stating openly that I have no vested interest, financial or otherwise, in
writing this about the Property Mentor and Renovation Mentor courses that I attended.
I do not write testimonials - never, ever! This is the first ever testimonial letter I have written and I give

The proof of anything is always in the pudding as we all know, and you will see from the facts that I
provide below, the systems from both Property Mentor and Renovation Mentor work. They work so
powerfully and effectively, that I am currently putting plans in place which will enable me to give up
what I currently do so that I can make property investing, renovation and development my full-time
occupation. When you consider that I currently have a successful and profitable business, this is not
